Very spacious houseboat! 3 bedrooms,3 bathrooms, bar, kitchen, and sun deck.
*Kitchen is furnished with refrigerator, dishwasher, double ovens, stove top on island, cabinets and kitchen table and chairs.
*Each bedroom has a closet with opening doors
*Each bathroom has a toilet with animations, tub and sink. 2 bathrooms come with a shower also, the master bath does not have a shower.
*Spacious bar room with bar and stools. Stools do come with one drinking animation.
*Windows open
This is great for role play of any kind. Build is copy and modify. Animations of your choosing can be added if you so desire.
Build is partial mesh, scultps and prims. 268 total prim count.
