As the owner, you just need to know how to get items (dances) with the Editmenu into a prim and edit Notecards.
In short, just put your dances into the Dance-Pad/Pole and write the names of the dances according to category, by coyp / paste into the notecard.
In the notecard '! Pad 'write the GoGo-dances and in the notecard'! Pole 'your Pole-dances.
Now you must determine as the owner only if the Dance-Pad/Pole is publicly, or used only for the group.
Simply stand next to the Dance-Pad/Pole and click it with the left mouse button 1x.
The following menu simply click "Group" or "Public", done.
Once you stand as a dancer on the Dance-Pad/Pole appears when clicking the left mouse button with the Dancermenu.
In this menu you can playing the dances randomly, in sequence, or manually specify.
With the button Pole and Pad, you can choose between go-go dances and pole dances go back and forth.
Additionally you may choose in the menu the timer for automatically changing the dances.
Keep in mind that the timer is disabled when you manually select and then re-activated only when you choose the menu explicitly "random" or "sequential".
Furthermore, the Dance-Pad/Pole in the menu disposes of a height adjustment to compensate for different large avatars, so there are not the feet of the dancer in the air or the ground.
It is not really necessary, because the script automatically detects the avatar size and calculated independently.
With this option its possible avatars with borderline sizes can be adjusted manually on the Dance-Pole.

Probably would not recommend
When I purchased this item, I knew that it came without any animations, but I did not anticipate the trouble getting pole animations that worked. I spend probably close to 1000L purchasing items that I could transfer the animations from, but all the animations that purchased would freeze. I contacted the designer and a couple of places were recommended where I could purchase animations, but I ran into the same problems with the recommended animations. The dance pad portion worked just fine, but I'm scrapping this and getting something else. It was a big waste of time, lindens and effort and no offers to help from the designer.
Good quality but no dances
I was not impressed spending L$449 on this and only to get it no dances it in i recommend if gonna do this refund the money back and make one with the dances in it already and then once with dances would be worth L$449
