Accessible ground floor - Each Single has and accessible garage and corridor leading to a back door.

Dust effects - This product uses the dezno interactive Dust System V1.0.2 . The dust covers areas or high light concentration and cannot be seen all around the structure.

Night Lighting Effects - This building uses lighting to give an ambient feel at night time. The lighting is situated around the ground floor, delivered by the dezno interactive office lights. This structure uses yellow and blue UV light.
