A simplistic spotlight bar design for just 1 land impact. Customize the color of the bar and light to whatever color you wish (default black and white provided).

The lights emit standard second life lighting effects which emit light to the surrounding environment, and does not show the light beams represented in the picture.

I dont know why ppl give this a bad review, the spots are decent made, 1 Li and only 39 Lindens.
I use it as deco in my gallery and its fine.
Its not scripted but its good made and If you want the scripted lighting than you better off to go to a proffesional lighting shop and it will be much more than 39 Lindens.

It has lights in it already...

However it does take some modding skills to make it good, so if you are not good at modding don't bother, but it is rather good and low prim if you know what you are doing.
