Welcome to the latest VICE addon. Ultrapoint aims at providing fun game modes and a better combat experience.
This pack was originally designed for combat environments / combat sims but can be utilized anywhere in second life. The pack contains the domination game mode which is the first of many Ultrapoint gamemodes. Also Included are detailed setup instructions and the flags needed, as well as the HUD giver.
What is the domination game mode?
Ultrapoints domination splits players into 2 main teams. Team 1 and Team 2. Each team must battle it out to gain control of flag objectives located around the playable area. To do this a player must be within 5m of the objective and must first neutralize then capture the flag. Players can also select no team which allows them to just neutralize flags.
Set up of this system requires only this product. The set up can take between 5 and 10 minutes and is very easy. Also if you have any problems or concerns you can contact the Dezno studios support.
Set up easy, but HUDs non-transfer
The set up for this game mode is a breeze, however the included distributor that is supposed to give out the HUDs for other people to play is non-transfer, only handing out instructions and a folder. Whenever someone else tries to touch the distributor for a HUD, the owner of the distributor gets an error message: "Unable to give inventory, no permission to transfer."
