DT Rental System allows you to rent spaces for any number of reasons. This system does not take commissions; the entire payment goes to the owner (unless using the split function). This system does not enforce prim limits, group settings, etc. There are no listens, except for up to 30 seconds after the owner or an admin touches it to get the administration menu.

~~**Setting up the system**~~

Place and size the prim where you want, then edit the Settings script to change the settings (right click -> Open, double click Settings script). Note: If you have the non copyable version, the Settings script is still copyable, letting you setup one unit and copying the Settings over to any others, or just keep a backup.

If you would like a custom texture while rented and/or not rented, put the textures in the contents, replacing the 'Rented' and/or 'NotRented' textures already there (make sure the names are exact). Remove the textures if you don't want the system to change. The textures are set when the rental system enters unrented and rented modes. If both 'Show renter name' and 'Show time left' are off, but 'Show hovertext' is set to 1 or 3, "Space rented, touch for info" is displayed instead when rented.
