I spent HOURS looking for a decent, small sized home that I could fit several of on my property. DaD DESIGN's "Birch Cottage" was the perfect fit for what I was looking for.
The 30 prims were the perfect LI, and it fits on a 512 plot of land.
The construction of this house is fantastic. It's not the standard "box" that most "low impact" houses are, which is great. The textures of the house are considerably better of most "low prim" houses that are less than 50 prim, too.
This is a great house, if you're looking for a small house to live in, or to use as a rental.

What an adorable cottage. The textures of the wood are so realistic. I love the feel of being indoors and outdoors and this cottage has the windows that accomplish this feel. Love it!
