Versatile
I really like this one, its a pretty interesting space to work with, i ended up doing something with a divider in the center to make a sort of dual use space out of the center, and theres still enough room in the back area to set up a bedroom.
The skylight feature is nice, as are the curtains. Not the most technologically advanced but i dont really need or expect that kind of stuff.
Playing around with the textures for the flooring and roof/patio you can really work something like this into a whole lot of different places. It doesnt come with texture options so youll need to work those out yourself, but its a great shape to do that with.
If youre going for a full featured home its definitely doable in something like this, though its going to be tight, this is a small place. I went with the split livingroom area and a bedroom and didnt bother with trying to make more dedicated spaces. I could see how it could be done though.
Overall this is nice, its small, it really makes you think about how youre going to decorate a space like this.
