This addon is for the Havana Stilt House.
Comes with a rezbox, and easy instructions on where to place the box so that it rezzes perfectly around your home.
The addon contains a few features, all of which are modular, so that you can remove any that you don't want in your home easily:
Walkable Front Beach (5 prims)
Rope Bridge (2 Prims)
Rear Beach (5 Prims)
Steps to Beach (1 Prim)
Palm Trees (3 Prims)
Total Prims for all Features = 16

very good value
I thought this was a really nice "add" to my water stilt house. It feels more natural to have some sand near by. Very easy to install and a good price too!
