Misleading and Poor Customer Service
I bought this with the intent of creating my own clothing line. When I got the download link, there wasn't an OBJ file for the Top, only the bottoms. SO...now I can't see how my tops look with textures. I have attempted MULTIPLE times to upload the DAE files to my inventory and continuously get an error about "Physics Mesh Too Dense" and can't upload despite the fact that I haven't in any way modified the Mesh that I received in the download. My expectation purchasing this "FULL PERM" item is that it would be complete and ready to be uploaded without issues. I have Messaged the owner and have heard nothing back in over a week. Nothing in the FAQ's or documentation that came with the product discusses uploading issues. VERY Unhappy with this despite the fact that their quality is usually very high.
A little disappointed by misleading title
I purchased both this and the regular (non Dae/Obj) versions and if I had known that this version didn't come with texture examples other than the same textures (ao, shadow, UV) that's already in the other version I wouldn't have purchased this one. The title says Dae, Obj, and TEXTURE files and I purchased this one specifically for the textures. I wasn't concerned with the mesh model files. Great quality as usual, and I'm never disappointed when it comes to Meli's work, but the title had me duped into spending 1500L for texture examples that weren't there. For that alone I knocked 2 stars off. Quality is of course 5 Stars.
