Hello. Thank you for your interest in Dag's Cliff House in a Box. This is the latest addition to our "In A Box" line. Obviously, the "In A Box" refers to the rez box the Cliff House is delivered in. This house fits on a 1024 lot LENGTHWISE. It is slightly wider than a 1024 space, though. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE SPACE TO PUT THE HOUSE BEFORE PURCHASING. No refunds will be given because you thought you had the space and don't. PLEASE NOTE: This house is sold UNFURNISHED. The furniture in the pictures is merely for aesthetics.

No. All rez boxes do not look alike. We have recently re-designed our rez boxes to resemble small LP record players. It's more for the nostalgia of a childhood spent listening to LP's and 45 rpm records on a portable record player. This rez box reminds me of that simple time. This product is a combination of Prim and Mesh pieces that totals 97LI. Future versions are planned with more of the pieces as mesh. Stay tuned.
This house is attached to a large rock extension that is designed to sit on a platform at a high altitude and "hang over" the platform, making it appear as if the house itself is built into a rock shelf and suspended in air.
The house is a mixture of prim, mesh and sculpted items. The 97LI count is still very low. Future versions will have more mesh parts, for an even lower LI count.
