These non-scripted warehouse shops are ideal for market sims, such as breedables or gacha, or, if you just desire, a nice, open-fronted personal shop to increase your sales potential. At 19 LI, you can rez a bunch and still leave plenty of prims for your tenants. This is a FATPACK of 6 designs.

-Doors & windows are fixed, non-scripted. [Saves on Lag]
-You can change the textures, but be aware, you will lose the mapping, so I suggest you tint the Cream Model.
-The floor and walls can be changed to anything as there is no mapping or very little. [Slight shading on the walls]
-The floor is high physics, and you are able to rez mesh directly onto the floor.
-You can resize, but be aware, land impact will increase with size
