(updated to use a teleport system instead of stairs, real villa differs slightly from images - no stairs anymore)
The Damani Villa seamlessly combines the rustic athmosphere of wood and marble, with modern elements like glass pane windows and a huge glass dome for full view. It's low prim build (only 38 prims, including doors and tp system) and small footprint (15m x 25m) guarantees a good fit on even the smallest of plots.
In the front, we can see the consistent use of wide window panes, allowing full view of the surroundings.
The back of the house we see the big two door entrance. And the back balcony, reachable through a sliding glass pane door. All entrances are secured with an advanced security system, that will ask you access for each new visitor. So if you wish, only those person you want to have access, can have access.
The ground floor offers a very wide and spacious area, which will allow you to move freely without ever getting the camera stuck. The house can be entered from the front too, as the whole front pane can swivel around its axis.
Second floor:
If you use the tp system to jump to the second floor. We immediately notice the light and open feel caused by the huge glass and wood roof dome. Imagine gazing at the stars, while lying in bed.
Through the second floor sliding door, we can access the back balcony.
Privacy:
So with all this glass... is there any privacy? Well, like all Damani Inc. houses, this house is also equiped with a full privacy system. On command, all windows turn opaque, giving you full freedom and protecting you from any peeping toms.
Next to that, the aforementioned security system allows you to grant or deny access to those persons you'd like. Even on the moment they try to enter.
So to sum up:

Very disappointed with this buy. House doors are glitchy and cant find security panel, dimmer for window and it didn't have any instructions. My fault I didn't read all the buyer's ratings. If I would have scrolled down more, I would have seen the same problems I am reporting.
Only think that keeps it from a 5 star is the walls need to be a bit thicker or drnser so u cannot see thru them in some spots.ut the house and the fratures are impressive
Overall a nice starter house but doors have a tendency to glitch and either stay open or appear open when actually closed.
Have purchased this product and I am using it as an office 1st floor and a display area ground floor.
Overall I am very happy with the layout and freedom of movement this building provides.
I haven't yet mastered the security side......for some reason I can't change the default allow to none. When I ask for a report it shows default allow:all.
The instructions say it defaults to admitting strangers when not online/no response. This I don,t want to happen.so how do I change it to allow no-one except on my allow list.
From a personal viewpoint, as the building has its own teleporter and I use the upper floor as an office, a useful additional security measure would be to have a seperate access list/permission request to the 1st floor. This would allow free access to all to view my products on the ground floor but not allow them access to my office.
This would be really helpful..........other than that an excellent building.
