Damani Marble Mansion

The Marble Mansion is probably the ultimate in style and luxury currently available on the prefab market.

The black and white marble, combined with the gold and glass finishing makes you feel living in the grandeur of past times.
The Marble Mansion is a four part house (140 prims, including all doors and stairways).
Created to fit on a 30mx30m footprint, it is meant to fit medium to larger plots (1536+).

Description
The open, multi level architecture gives a sense of room, and freedom. While still accomodating for ample floorspace, which will allow you to move freely without ever getting the camera stuck. The house can be entered from front and back.

When we enter one of the three big glasspane doors in the front... we see the main hall, with big mansion stairway, leading up to the first floor.
If we pass the stairway... through the door in the back, we see the patio, surrounded by marble arches. Supported by the black marble columns.
If we follow the stairs to the first floor, in the example used as a dinner place.
If we continue along one of the side stairways, and walk along the walkway. we cross one of four (!) balconies, available.
Each side of the mansion can be exited and entered and has it's own balcony. All doors ofcourse controlled by the security system.

After taking the last stairs, we end up on the third floor, which can be used as master bedroom. Overseeing the mansion and all of its grandeur.
The master bedroom opens to it's own big back balcony.

Special gazebos, garden elements and garden walls, covered in vines, will be available as an extra:

Commercial function
The mansion can also easily be used as a commerical build too. For the luxury shoppers and high class item sales.
A special script is provided to replace the security system for unlimited access for this purpose.

Privacy & Security:
So with all this glass... is there any privacy? Well, like all Damani Inc. houses, this house is also equiped with a full privacy system. On command, all windows turn opaque, giving you full freedom and protecting you from any peeping toms.
Next to that, the aforementioned security system allows you to grant or deny access to those persons you'd like. Even on the moment they try to enter.
