Dan's Low Prim Car Dealership [BOXED]

Are you like me a reseller of cars in SL? I am a Pro Street Cars Reseller in SL. I was trying to find a nice car dealership to sell the cars out of, but nobody in SL made any, until now! I couldn't find any so I built one for myself, then I realized, I outta share this with everyone else who can't find any nice car dealerships for sale in SL! This dealership is top notch! It include the dealership building itself with lovely marble floors to reflect the shiny new cars on display. It also includes 3 office cubicles for car sellers to talk with customers and tell them about the cars, and it also includes a larger office at the end of the back hallway for the owner of the dealership. These offices and back hallway are accessible from the showroom floor via the entrance door in the back left wing of the dealership. This large door is also where you can drive the new display cars into the dealership from. Outside the Dealership building is a large parkinglot also to display cars, or used cars such as in RL. Also included with this purchase are the black/grey incline displays pictured in the photographs above that hold several cars, these are also very common in car dealership in RL. Once you buy the dealership and rez it inworld, rez the red arrow rezbox, the arrow points in the direction the dealership will rez in as to help you not crush yourself or anybody else. Click the rezbox, select "BUILD" and then click for the menu again and select "POSITION" to make sure everything is positioned correctly, from there, move the buolding to the desired locaton. This building is copy and modifiable so that you may make changes to it if you like or if you need to resize anything, you may. Several things I'd like to make quite clear before you purchase this building from me:
1) I do not give refunds for buildings that are no transfer, so save yourself the time and don't ask if you are not happy with your purchase for some reason or another.
2) The vehicles pictured in the photos ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PURCHASE!!!!!
