New build for november, this retail space is themed in a boardwalk style shop with open entrances (two) and a modern style. Ultra low prim only 28 land impact includes all display cases and lights tables everything in land impact.

Dilapidated office area, offers a cool spot for items with a grunge, worn, dirty, seedy, vintage type of look and feel to be displayed apart from the more modern clean front your customers are greeted with initially. Smaller scale is more accurate and realistic. Textures are very custom, mostly created by hand, baked shadows, entirely mesh and made in blender. Efficient performance and low impact.
