We have a new cottage to add to our Kinkade inspired collection that combines an english cottage feel with a hint of contemporary refinement. This cottage is only 63 LI with a footprint of about 21m X 17m, includes 2 versions and is textured to allow for a lot of customization through tintable walls, trim and so on. The cottage also includes a lovely working fireplace and lockable doors.

Two versions included - Allowing for 2 bedrooms with living room, dining room and kitchen or 3 bedrooms with living room and kitchen.
Tintable - The interior walls, trim, door and window frames are all textured in a way that makes them perfect for tinting, or simply leaving their base texture.
Doors - can be locked and access can be set for group or individual by the notecard inside each door.
Chimney smoke - can be turned on or off.

I use this for my Grandma character. It's JUST the right size. I would love if she ever did a white wood option so that I could tint as I like. Maybe a materials update. Other than that,no complaints!

Absolutely adore this house. Each room is completely customizable with your own textures, including each individual floor. It is a very nice size with spacious rooms and perfect for a home. Not to big and not too small. You are a great designer. Keep at it. Only thing is I wish it had a bathroom in the lower rooms. I live on an RP sim and sometimes participate in RP. Only area suitable for a restroom is the room off of one of the bedrooms, which you have to go through to get to the restroom. I set up that room as an office so it is fine.
