The house has a giant bedroom upstairs and a room next to the house which can be used as bedroom or bathroom.
There is a kitchen area in the back and in the front a Conservatory which can be used as living space.
The kitchen and conservatory are accessed by a hallway (see pictures)
All outside doors can be locked: type "show help" for more info about how to manage access lists
Chimeys and sauna will give smoke/steam once clicked.
Windows of the rooms can be tinted individually per room with a menu controlled box in the kitchen area.
Instructions:
When the rezzer is rezzed it comes with a menu to rez, derez and save. after rez you can rotate and place the building on the right location. Then press save once it is placed correctly.
It is possible that all windows are tinted 100% when rezzed. just go inside to the kitchen area, find the control on the wall and click: choose all then followed by e.g. 50% (my all time favourite)

The best house in SL :-)
Well okay, for me it is the best house in SL. I adjusted a few things to make it more open plan, but the overall design is perfect for a Sailors sim, New England style etc. It has great character and warm, bright textures and colors. Thank you Dawson for this wonderful design. I think this is real value for money.
