This A newer version of the earlier cute Cape Codd like beachhouse. This one is version 3.0 with enhanced sauna.

Comes with 1 livingroom/kitchen, a bedroom , a bathroom and a sauna!! The deck is different then the previous one and has more space to sit.
The colors are different with the outside walls painted red and the inside walls painted blue and lime green.
Of course you can choose your own color. (make sure you know how to paint without screwing up)
Sauna works by clicking on the firecoals.
Furniture, lighting and plants on the deck are of course not included.
When rezzed.. realize that the house, the doors, the sauna towels and saunabucket are different objects.. So in case you want to move the house after rezzing, also select these objects too. Otherwise you will spend 5 minutes more of your time placing the objects on the right place ;)
