Day/Night Light Script - Full Perm Script

These scripts will turn a prim into a light. The light will come on when it is nighttime in your sim, and go off when it is daytime. Scripts detect the sun's position in a region to know when it is dark out. Scripts include options for real light, glow, and more.

Scripts in this set can be used in your commercial products. Please do not resell or give away scripts on their own.

ABOUT SCRIPT:

Includes 2 script versions. One allows you to set all the settings in script, and next owner has no way to change them. Other version includes a settings notecard, so next owner can adjust it themselves. These are perfect for builders to use in their own creations.

SCRIPT FEATURES:

• Includes two versions:
-Default Version - All settings are set inside script
-Notecard Settings Version - Allows next owner to change settings

• Detects when is Day/Night in sim, and turn light on at night
• Setting for how often to check for day/night
• Option to use real light feature
• Settings for light color, intensity, radius, and falloff
• Glow and full bright options, which prim side or all sides
• Works right out of the box

SCRIPT SET-UP:

Follow these simple steps to get started:

1. Open the included object in EDIT and go to CONTENT tab.

2. Drag a copy of all scripts to a folder in your Inventory.

3. Drag the items into your new object from your Inventory. You must have modify rights for the new object.

4. Edit Configuration notecard and save. Script resets automatically.
