When it comes to spooky night-time atmosphere there's nothing like the hoot of an Owl :o
This Hooting Tree Owl has everything you need. It will sit in a tree, turning his head and hooting randomly just like a real Owl.
The Owl has a day/night function - it will sleep during the day (they close their eyes) and awaken at night, or it can be set to 24 hr on.
It has a built in menu for controlling how often it hoots (2 settings), for volume control, and to set the 24hr vs Night Only function.
The Owls sculpties and textures are created inhouse to our usual high standards. Scripts designed for least lag possible (no constant random number calls), and each bird rezzed will create its own random pattern of movement... so a group won't move the same. Randomized head movement, randomized Hoots and random timing means these Owls never become repetitive.
Features:
Random head movement, random Hoots, with random timing.
Day/Night or 24 hr function
Low Lag - designed to have a few around on your land.
Sculpties & textures created in-house.
Mod (for size), and Copy.
Each Owl will create its own random moves. No sync'd heads when you TP in.
2 prims per Owl.
Note: Only the head moves on this model. It does not fly or hop. Perfect for fence and eave sitting - they just watch you :o
PLEASE NOTE: These Owls are NOT SUITABLE FOR WEARING.
We do have a wearable Crow - see related items below

LOVE IT, However
I LOVE the Owl, it is just about perfect, Just about, What I wish to see would be that they hoot during the night D: like around 4pm SLT and 6am SLT, instead they're hooting during the day and it makes me sad >_< However I can't find it in my heart to give it under 5 stars lol, SO IF you can fix the time issue, please let me know <3
Hooting Owl
Adorable owl... the hoot isn't the sound you might be expecting but not all owls sound alike. Head moves and sound level and frequency can be set to what you would like. I love mine!
