Overall detail and general quality is very nice. I saw one of these out in the world and had to get one for myself immediately. Its just the right size for SL's general scale, the rooms are small but tall, so they feel open and airy, and in turn they work well with a following camera even if the rooms are small.
But the small rooms are a huge benefit, you can really decorate these rooms to feel like a real space. They dont have the problem of feeling like you need to fill in dead space. Sometimes its better to work with limitations in space, it creates a more realistic result.
Lots of windows, great natural lighting as a result. The only thing i would want different is i wish the side door was on the back side of the building. You effectively have two front facing doors which means if you want to create some kind of backyard thing you need to build a wrap-around path/area and that can extend space in some parcels.
