Cute little Deakin Cottage is number 2 in the Newfoundland series. Auds and Ends original textures enhance the simple style of the Deakin that gives you economy of prims and footprint while still maintaining an attarctive living space.
The deakin includes a 10 prim fireplace which may be modded out to further conserve prims. The house is 36 prims with the firepleace or 26 without.
Upstairs is large and airy and includes a lovely long becnh seat if you prefer to entertain here.
