What's the point of this product?

This product is necessary for some new products from Vk Labs.
It will allow them to Teleport Home, Eject or even temporary Ban avatars.
Instructions :
----------------
Make sure your device is owned by the land owner.
If the land owner is a group, please Deed it! Otherwise the dependent products wont fully work.
Versions

The first release is not configurable, but once the API script will be released the death box will be udpated to add security features, filters and owner controls.
