Out with the old and in with the new- so this year's freebie home is on the block and ready to be grabbed! :) Those of you who have been with me since the beginning may remember this guy but he's gotten a make-over and is ready for his debut.
So, here is the free one. Nothing spectacular about it but since most items are modifiable I am sure you can get your own creative ear muffs on and mold it into whatever you'd like AND it comes with a working fireplace \o/.
If you don't own land - it's ok, as it is only 82 prims just go rezz it at your best friend's parcel, he won't mind. -kidding-

Lovely product but not redeliverble you have to buy again even though its 0L$ its still a pain to rebuy and clutters your already purchased log! Please make redeliverable! Also EXTREMELY PRIMMY! Please make into mesh! Thanks in advanced!
The house is in need of renovation
It's a free option, so you can't expect much more than that. But I have found so many faults with this house that it would be easier for me to build my own from scratch. The biggest disadvantage is that it crumbles when re-installed. The blinds on the windows can be controlled from the outside. That's not acceptable either. But it's good enough for a start. Don't expect high marks, for objective reasons.

I love this simple house. I actually added texture to it and its now not decayed anymore but for a free small place and with the features of the doors and lights Im loving it.
Nice Place But Not Scripted As Specified
First of all it's free. Thank you. I love the home. The problem is when I "take" the home back to my inventory, the doors and stairs stay. Other than this, it's ok if you don't need a stairway or doors......
