A kitchen stainless steel sink with a chrome faucet in mesh with very realistic textures. The sink and the faucet are one object each linked together with a landimpact of only 4. This item is FULLPERM and meant for builder to use in their creations. This version also includes the textures for the sink and the faucet in fullperm for you to save to your HD and edit in a picture editor.

very well done, simple armchair, but ... of course only if you know how to use a uv map and an ao map! hey, guys, this is a mesh chair and it only has one face, because it only needs one face! Sure it's worth the money, if you want a chair with more details, you have to pay much more and you will have more than 3 prims LI (in fact you have to upscale the chair and it will have 3 prims LI).
Not too bad
I was a bit thrown off at first by seeing poor reviews of this chair until I read the reviews and they made me laugh. Clearly from people who have very little experience with working with mesh products and texturing. First off, yes there is only one map, but its not hard to texture this even with multiple textures and designs if you want, just have to know how to use a texturing program. Out of the box, yes the chair is tiny, so bring it up to an adult size and even at 3-4 LI it is pretty low prim! I have seen others out there with a lot lot more! So only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5, well, it isn't spectacular for the price or anything. It is just an average chair. It could of been a little better designed/built, or a lower price for the quality, however, overall, I am rather pleased with my chair and I am sure I will have a nice finished product from it.
Only one texture face
This chair only comes with one texture face, so if you want to use a flowered texture - then the feet of the chair will also be flowered.
very small
It is too small for a child. Resize to normal size 4 prims impact on land.
