I own a lovely mountain forest Sim with mountains, trees, etc. - but I have always wanted to have a beach sim. This is the best of all worlds - it rezzes out in the sky and looks just like a real full beach sim, without having to buy a second Sim! Excellent - now I have two sims in one - perfect! Highly recommended!
