No response + annoying, dark frame around of the rug

Side wards of the rug is a dark frame (because in the end it's just a flat box) and I got no response from the salesperson here for fixing this problem (which would be so easy if they would simply turn the side-parts 100% transparent). I would do it by myself but this object only owns copy-permission. Therefore -1 star for not responding and -1 star for this annoying bug but I'm willing to change my review if the salesperson should be ready to fix this issue.
