Yes, it's a basement.

It's copyable modifiable so you can change the textures, but I don't think you'll want to, I picked some nice ones.
The outside is shiny so it's not too obnoxious up in the air.
Only 9 prims, including the sculptie stairs!
The outside has some rough seams, but the inside is nice. Like I said, it's modifiable, so you can fix it if you want.
