[MR] Mini Release: These items will be random and usually non-avatar specific. In the past i have had people tell me i should start selling some of the random things i make. So from now on I will have a mini release category of items on my marketplace, selling these smaller/random items.

This top hat has been around for a while, and it has come to realize over time, that it hates sitting on people's heads. If you do put this hat on your head, you need to tell people to keep their fingers and other limbs away from its mouth. The only way to keep this hat from biting off you own head, is to keep it fed hourly with sugar substances.
