The script now prints the existing Floating Text in Nearby Chat. When updating an existing Delivery Box, you can Copy & Paste the previous text, editing it as needed.
Preparing a Product Delivery Box is often a study in getting many details exactly right. The Script included in this package is designed to help you get all those details correct as well as setting several standard features that make it easier for your Customers to understand and use it.
The Script will list all the contents of the Prim it is dropped into. Each item listed will include the Next Owner Permissions and the Type of the item. This listing lets you rapidly review all the items in the Prim (the Delivery Box) along with double-checking that their Next Owner Permissions are set as desired.
The Script will also set the Default Click Action of the Prim so that it automatically "Opens" when touched. When a Box is opened, its contents are displayed in a floating window that lists the entire contents and provides two buttons. The buttons allow easy copying of the contents to a new folder within the user's Inventory. This is the fastest and most accurate method of obtaining the entire contents of the Delivery Box.
The last function performed by the Script is to set the Name of the Prim and set floating text that is displayed above it. The Script prompts you to enter a line of text that is used both to identify the product within the box and to help the customer understand how to use it.
