Thank you for your interest in the Desert House. The permissions are copy and modify, but I advise that resizing not be attempted as this might break the door a little. If you have skilled scripting ability you are welcome to resize as well, but the door settings will have to be redone. It currently has a 12x12 meter footprint. It is 9 land impact, made of 17 prims, detailed and textured carefully.
