This is a Complete sim design in a rezer , very easy to unpack , very beautiful design and professional work of build and textures , nice view in the day and in the night . the design contain a very big polyvalent beautiful space with red carpet entrance you can use as ( event room / dancing hall / dancing club ) and a big outside space etc etc ....
IMPORTANT:
This design can be used at HOMESTEAD sim (3750 prims) or FULL sim (15000 prims) because the design need only 2474 prims
you must terraform your sim by making the ground flat and lowering it down until you have just water in the sim , rez the rezer and place it at ( 128 X, 133 Y, 54 Z ) -- you can restart the sim before the rez as it is always better to do that , but it is not required -- click in the rezer and choose ( rez ) wait for the rezer to finish ( 30 secondes to 1 minute ) click again on the rezer and choose ( kill scripts ) wait again some seconds ( 10 seconds ) then remove the rezer , your sim is completed !
