user agreement.
When you purchase this item you have agreed to the following.
1. you will not resell, trade, give away or share this product as is.
In other words, you can script it, add sitters to it (no this does not mean freebie poses or a single pose and call it good, thats not enough to make it original to you) develop it further as part of a larger package.
2. you must set the permissions as no copy, or no transfer. (no modify optional setting)
3. either purchase on the av your intend to use this with, or as a gift for the av you intend to use this with. you may not share it among your alts, friends, or groups
4. you may not use the item in a gift giver for free gifts, or sell below 100L it may not be sold as is. You have to do more than slap a freebie texture on it, or throw a free pose ball script in it and free animations and call it good. Can not be added to a lucky chair, lucky board or the like.
5. you are allowed to use premium sitters like AV Sitter and premium poses or poses of your own creation. You may create textures using the uv maps that are available for download after purchase. or premium textures. The textures on this product are purely as a demonstration. your welcome to use them for personal use items as is however you may not resell them as is.
6. by purchasing you agree at no time will you use these items outside of SL. you will not rip them, recreate them or reproduce them out of sl. any copyright infringements will be pursued. and restitution sought.
7. this is a builders base model. not meant to be the final product.
This object is Full perm, subject to this user agreement.
the bench can be sized down slightly to 3 prim/land impact, 4 faces, and 4 parts. This makes it easily re-textured. It is a very detailed bench with inset starts at each corner. designer fancy curved legs. It does not let itself to resizing and should not be enlarged at any time.
