This cute little beach hut has a texture change menu so you can change siding and floors at a single click. It comes with the sand, but it's optional as you choose to rez it or not. All furniture will rez with the house but it's not linked so you can remove it.

This home has a sophisticated control system for windows, doors and security. You can access any part of your home from any of the controller and you can control different sections of your home. You can control who has access to the house and you can control which areas of the house you want them to have access to.
