It's a great starter home or for someone with limited prims. Use the texture change menu to change the walls, floors, graffiti and light.
The window sill in the living area is animated, so you can sit, read or lay in the sun, it sits two AV's.
This home has a sophisticated control system for windows, doors and security. Actual blind textures that change from open, to closed to glass, closed option provides full privacy . The doors are lockable and the security menu includes admin and access control, so you choose who you want to have control and access of the house. A great little skybox, easily customizable with built in texture options. Very secure, locking doors and access list. For the price and size, truly a great value.
