You can find each accessory inside the garage and inside the main lobby entrance.

To be able to open the garage doors, you can either click it manually or open them by clicking the garage buttons that are placed by each garage door.
Each garage door is set to it's own button. (That can easily be changed by going through the button and the garage doors notecard config located in the contents of the object.)

In the main lobby entrance, you have your own keypad that controls the door to be able to get behind the desk.
