There are two patios and a pool which contains lots of fun animations for, treading water, jumping in the pool, sunbathing and relaxing. Baked shadows and lighting throughout give this home a beautiful realism .
This home has a number of features, such a sophisticated control system for windows, doors and security. You can access any part of your home from the controller and you can control different sections of your home. You can control who has access to the house and you can control which areas of the house you want them to have access to. Actual blind textures that change from open, to closed, to glass, closed option provides full privacy.
The interactive texture menu for the walls, floors and tiles allows you to change the entire look of your home with a single easy to access menu.
Contemporary lighting is strategically placed through out the home and can also be operated separately on a room by room basis from the light switches.

please make more I love this home i wish i could change the color some of the wall. going to buy me a new one.. if you new on buying her home just rez the home with the box in the land Don't move the box after rez because if you want to move the house just move the box and the house will move .if you move the house too many time you may have problem with glass doors just delete the house itself and NOT the rez box on the land or house once you do that delete the glass and click on the box you didn't delete and rez the home again

not furnished, pool has no animations and you need jump to leave the pool.. it is a shame. not worth it 99 lindens

Hello, I don't give many reviews and own over 50 + top houses but for the price and build this is very nice place buy this little house and save a ton of linden instead of paying for a place you don't really like.
