A simple to use configurable rental box
Features include
* Weekly or Monthly Rentals
* Partial Payments allowed (provided there is still time remaining on the current rental)
* Extend a rental on behalf of another
* Add managers
* Switch hover text on or off for occupied rentals
* Replace default textures with your own
* Configurable grace period, allow your tenants a little extra time to pay their rental
This product was written for my partners rental business and has evolved over a number of years with a proven track record.
Will appear as no-copy in your inventory due to script permissions, but the object is modifiable once rezzed.
