This cute lil boutique is only 150 prims and is 99% mesh leaving only the floor as a prim for rezzing purposes. It has removable side walls on both sides to double, triple, etc your stores and space for items. It is copy/mod only. It also has 2 dressing rooms & plenty of shelving. It fits a 4096 & up.
