GREAT LITTLE BUILDING CAN BE USE FOR ANYTHING ON THE SIM FROM POLICE STATION TO ARMED FORCES OFFICE BUILDING THE SKY IS THE LIMIT WITH WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THE MINI SIM STATION AT ONLY 15X15 METERS AND 64 PRIMS IT IS A GREAT ADD TO ANY RP SIM. THE BUILDING IT SELF IS 34 TO 32 PRIMS IF YOU DO NOT KEEP ALL THE OTHER ITEMS REZZED OUT

I needed a small police dept. building and found this totally by accident. A few more prims than I'd like in a build this size but with the detail I can live with losing a few extra prims. Overall very nice quality and I'll be buying more from this creator.
