Nice but....
its rather small, too small to be of any use for more than 2 people and even then. Yes I tried to demo it at the store but the item was nowhere to be found. Since it wasn't that expensive I took a shot. Beware, there is only one entrance and that is land-side..no access from the water. All in all I would not have bought if I would have seen it beforehand. It's too primmy to use as a prop.
