The New Di'Cor Lifeguard tower is our new addition to the Di'cor products of beach exterior decor and its a perfect little build to add character to your outdoors. The textures are hand painted with high LOD details and low land impact of only 17.

This lifeguard tower has a great combination of good looks, low Land Impact, and low price. IMHO the only downsides are 1) the "lifeguard on beer break" sign, which can be removed by unlinking or by covering with a different sign more respectful to the pros who risk their lives to save yours; and 2) a vertical 2x4 is missing on the corner at the top of the stairs.
