Very good for its price and size.
Can't go wrong with this skybox. Very flexible and spacious, but because of where it comes from interior space isn't all that optimized.
STRONGLY suggest you demo the place first before buying. A number of areas have no collision what so ever so its easy for you to end up outside the house. It will take some editing to get the place looking how you like, even more if you REALLY want to make it your own.
Strong modding skills is highly recommended to get the MOST out of his skybox.
