Diamond Collar with Bling, decent detailed work with 50 prims. Not scripted. Resizable, should work with any kind of avatar.
Check for the other ones - these are available as initial-collars for every letter of the alphabet.

This is a very nice collar even though it did not fit me. It is very small, so it is preferable for a very slender neck. Thank you for making this product.
