Sure, it's modifiable. You can reposition it--no problem; you can enlarge it--no problem; you can shrink it--no, uhhhh, well, no you can't!!
The claim, "This is Copy/Mod so you can adjust it to fit your avatar." is a false claim as you can only adjust it to fit your avatar if you want to reposition it or enlarge it. If, like me, you are petite give this a miss because its default size is just too big to look cute.
I am so pissed off with creators false claims and now I am out L$75.
