Yet again, I went out looking for something, could not find it, and had to make it instead. o.O
Apparently, nobody makes digi rain boots, and I for one do not like cold wet paws after a downpour. So, if you like to splash in puddles without getting your paws dirty, look no further! (Really. I've been looking for something like this for months >.> )
Full perm digi alpha layer included. The dummy legs inside of the boots are tintable. No scripts.
I've included the dummy leg sculpt map for those who are experienced in modding or building. It can be tricky to make work for some avatars, and for others it's very easy.
