Cute dimples for your avatar.
You get 3 different opacities and can also color them darker, as you can edit them.
Use 25% for lighter skin tones, 50% for slightly darker and 75% for very dark skin.
Make sure that the dimples are above your facial skin. You can achieve this by always adding the dimples last or by moving them up via "Appearance".
