Absolutely Brilliant!

Well worth the price in value, and detail. It's modify permissions, so if you wanted to link it to an existing build as a room you simply need to make the entire thing phantom, and just add a alpha textured pannel floor over the wood ramp. That's what I personally did! It's actually a steal of a deal at just 649L., I recommend it to anyone!
