This is a drop-in script for the "Discord Relay and Server Joiner" at version 2.5.4 or higher, which is available at https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/p/19908039
This script WILL NOT FUNCTION WITHOUT the Discord Relay! It NEEDS the Discord Relay in order to function!

What does it do?

This system is an addition to the Discord Relay and will require version 2.05.04 or higher of the relay to work. It works along the CasperTech® CasperLet rental products, allowing you to get up-to-date rental information in Discord. It will also allow you to return objects of tenants that are over their prim limit right from your Discord channel. The following transactions get reported to Discord:
Tenant payment
================================
When a new tenant pays the rentbox for the first time, or an existing tenant tops up their rental payment, the following information gets logged to Discord:
- Profile picture of tenant (web profile. if set)
- Name of the tenant, with clickable link to their web-profile
- Name of the region the rentbox is located at
- Name of the rentbox, as clickable link with a Second Life URL (SLURL)
- Amount of L$ paid
- Remaining rental time
Tenant has lapsed payments
================================
When the renting time runs out, and no new payment is being made, a notification is being sent to Discord. The frequency of those notifications is determined by CasperLet: We only report what CasperLet reports. If CasperLet is set to immediate eviction upon lapsed rental, this notification gets skipped. The notification consists of:
- Profile picture of tenant (web profile. if set)
- Name of the tenant, with clickable link to their web-profile
- Name of the region the rentbox is located at
- Amount of time the renter is in arrears
- Notification text "Tenant is in arrears"
Tenant is evicted
================================
When the tenant gets evicted either by having chosen to not renew once the rental time runs out, or by lapsing payments past the configured time in CasperLet (default: 8 hours), a message is being sent to Discord telling the renter has been evicted. The message consists of:
- Profile picture of tenant (web profile. if set)
- Name of the tenant, with clickable link to their web-profile
- Name of the region the rentbox is located at
- Notification text "Tenant was evicted"
Tenant is over their prim limit
================================
When a client exceeds their prim limit, a warning is sent to Discord. This system detects the prim usage automatically, however only, when the tenant takes an action (paying, or being in arrears). For periodic checks on prim limits, you need to use the CasperLet Prim Counter object. In case of exceeding the prim limit, the following warning is sent to Discord:
- Profile picture of tenant (web profile. if set)
- Name of the tenant, with clickable link to their web-profile
- Name of the region the rentbox is located at
- Number of prims the tenant uses
- Number of prims the tenant is allowed to use
- A clickable link causing all prims of the tenant to be returned immediately
Unique web-based object return
================================
CasperLet only provides an object-return feature upon eviction of the tenant. It does not provide a way to return objects if a tenant goes over their object limit. This system allows you to return a tenants objects right from your Discord channel! If a tenant goes beyond their limit, a link will be posted in the channel. Upon clicking this link, all objects of the tenant get returned. The object returner sends a message about how many objects have been returned, and will display a hovertext with the details of the last eviction.
Warning: This will return ALL objects, owned by this tenant, on ALL parcels owned by you or your group within this region!
This is a unique feature not found anywhere else.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this product is so useful, beside notifying you about everything that happens with your CasperLet meters it also allow you to return tenant’s objects once they are evicted.
